Export Klaviyo data to Qlik
There is no Qlik connector for Klaviyo, and building one against their API is more work than the problem deserves. The CSV route takes two minutes and it does not break.
How to do it
- Export the dataRun the campaign and flow export to get your campaign and flow performance as one file.
- Load it in Qlik SenseIn the data manager, add data, choose files, and pick the CSV. Qlik will read the headers and offer you the fields.
- Check your typesMake sure the date field is recognised as a date and not a string, or your time-series charts will sort alphabetically, which is a special kind of annoying.
- Rebuild on refreshRe-run the export with the same filename and reload the app. The headers are stable, so your sheets survive.
The button that does step one
The export itself is one of our buttons. It reads from Klaviyo's official Reporting API, it is read-only, and it cannot change anything in your account even if it wanted to. Your API key is used for the run and never stored.
Questions people actually ask
Does Klaviyo have a Qlik integration?
No. That is why you are reading this. Klaviyo's own exports are manual and per-surface, so the practical route is a clean CSV export that you load into Qlik yourself. It takes a couple of minutes and it does not depend on a vendor building a connector.
Is my API key stored anywhere?
No. It is used in memory for the length of the run and it is gone when you close the tab. It is never written to a database and it never appears in a log. Revoke it in Klaviyo afterwards if you like; nothing here depends on it.
Can I see the data before I pay?
Yes. Every run starts with a free preview of exactly what was found in your account. You decide from there.
