By accessing or using The Missing Buttons (the "Service"), operated by Zeffl Group, a sole proprietorship based in India, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Missing Buttons provides small, single-purpose tools ("buttons") that perform specific actions against CRM and email platforms you already use, through those platforms' own public APIs. The Missing Buttons is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any CRM or email vendor. We may add, change, or remove tools over time.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a magic link or Google. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
As between you and us, your CRM data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to perform the actions you request.
You confirm you are authorised to access and act on the CRM accounts you connect, and that doing so does not breach your agreement with that vendor.
By default, the credentials you enter are used only in memory for a single run and are not stored. If you choose to save a connection, you expressly authorise us to store that credential, encrypted, so we can run tools for you again and on any schedule you set, until you delete the connection. You can delete a saved connection at any time. You remain responsible for the access a credential grants and should issue keys with the minimum permissions required.
You agree not to: use the Service on accounts or data you are not authorised to access; break, overload, or attempt to bypass the Service or the CRM APIs it uses; resell or rebrand the Service as your own; use it for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes; or violate the terms of the CRM or email platform you connect.
Where a tool deletes or changes data, we provide safeguards such as a dry-run and a typed confirmation, but you are responsible for choosing to run it and for keeping your own backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data you delete or change using the Service.
Some fixes are paid as recurring subscriptions, billed per fix. Prices are shown before purchase and may be in Indian rupees or US dollars depending on your region. Payments are handled by our processors (Razorpay in India, Dodo Payments elsewhere). Paid fixes renew automatically each period until cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You can cancel any single fix at any time. On cancellation, the next charge stops and you keep that fix until the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges are otherwise non-refundable, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because every fix can be previewed free first, you can confirm it suits you before buying.
Previews are free on every tool. Downloading or otherwise producing the full output of a button requires buying that button. We may set reasonable limits to keep the Service available to everyone, and may adjust what previews include over time.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as intended. Vendor names and logos referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
The Service connects to platforms you control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their handling of your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Missing Buttons will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant fix in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of a CRM platform you connect.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and saved connections are deleted.
We may change the Service or these terms. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
