Every fix can be previewed free on your own data before you pay, so you can confirm it does what you need. We strongly encourage using the free preview first; it is the best way to avoid an unwanted charge.
Paid fixes are recurring subscriptions, billed per fix on a monthly basis. The price is shown clearly before you buy and may be in Indian rupees (via Razorpay) or US dollars (via Dodo Payments) depending on your region. Each fix renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can cancel any fix, bundle, or All-Access at any time, yourself, from the billing area of your account. No email, no phone call, and no retention hoops. When you cancel, the next renewal charge stops immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the fix simply reverts to the free allowance.
We want you to pay only for what genuinely works for you. Refunds apply in three clear cases, and we make them easy:
1. 7-day money back, no questions. If you buy any fix, bundle, or All-Access and it is not right for you, ask within 7 days of the charge and we refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.
2. If a problem on our side stopped you using what you paid for, we refund it. If a tool fails, errors out, or is unavailable because of a fault on our end, and that prevented you from getting the value of a fix you paid for, you get a full or fair pro-rated refund or account credit, issued promptly and without you having to argue for it. Reach out and we sort it out.
3. Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, the wrong amount, or any clear billing error are refunded as soon as we confirm them.
Outside these cases, an active subscription is not pro-rated for a partial period after the 7-day window, which is standard for subscription software, and because you keep access through the period you already paid for and can preview every fix free beforehand, you still get the value of what you bought. If you are ever unsure, contact us first; we would rather make it right than have you out of pocket.
If a renewal payment fails, access to that fix may pause until payment succeeds. A failed payment never burns your free or paid run allowance.
Some errors come from your own CRM rather than from us, for example when your CRM provider applies its own API rate limit or daily cap to your account. Where that happens we label it clearly in the error so you can see the cause, and while it is not a fault on our side, we will still help you work around it. For any question about a charge, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
Cancel from the billing area of your account, or email hello@themissingbuttons.com and we will help. Please include the email on your account and the fix in question.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after the update.
