How the free plan works, how per-fix pricing works, and the short version of how we handle your CRM keys (not stored unless you opt in).
It is a small set of single-purpose tools, we call them buttons, that close the gaps your CRM left open. An export the vendor never shipped, a bulk action buried behind an API, a join two products keep on separate sides. Each button does one job well.
You pick a CRM, pick a button, and run it on your own data. No suite to learn, no migration.
No. Everything runs in your browser. You open a button, paste the API key for that one CRM, and run it. There is nothing to download and no extension to add.
Live today: Freshsales, Freshmarketer, ActiveCampaign, and MailPoet.
On the roadmap: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Mailchimp. If the one you want is not listed yet, name it on the home page and the most requested buttons get built first.
Yes. Every export runs on your real data with no sign-up at all: you get the first 500 rows as a real, downloadable file, up to 5 times. You see exactly what the output looks like before deciding anything.
A free account raises that to 1,000 rows per export, 25 runs a month, on every button. Buying a button removes every cap and the watermark.
Not unless you ask us to. By default, your key lives only in memory for the length of a single run, inside that one request. It is not written to a database, not logged, and not reused. Close the tab and it is gone.
The one exception is if you deliberately switch on a saved connection, so we can run a button for you again later or on a schedule without you re-entering the key. If you do, we store it encrypted, use it only for the runs you set up, and let you delete it at any time. We never save a connection without your explicit consent, and saving is never required to use a tool once.
The button reads from your CRM and hands the result straight back to you as a file. We do not keep your records, your contacts, or your exports.
Metadata only: which button ran, when, and a row count, so your activity log and your free-download tally make sense. Never your data, never your keys.
No. The Missing Buttons is independent and not affiliated with any CRM vendor. We build fixes for the gaps those products left open, using their public APIs.
Every button runs free on your real data. Without an account: the first 500 rows of any export, 5 runs, no card. With a free account: 1,000 rows per export, 25 runs a month, on every button ยท plus 3 report downloads (like the Deal Forecast PDF) a month. Free files carry a small watermark line; buying the button removes it along with every cap.
When you want the full output, downloading the complete file, emailing it, or executing a cleanup, you buy that one button. You only ever pay for the buttons you actually use.
Only when you want its full output. Previewing is always free, so you can confirm a button does exactly what you need on your own data first. Buy the button when you want to download the complete file, email it, or run a cleanup for real. Everything else stays free to preview.
Per fix, from 799 rupees a month in India or 9 dollars a month in the rest of the world. Each fix is its own small subscription, and the free plan (25 runs a month, 1,000 rows per export) keeps covering every other tool.
Because most people need three buttons, not thirty. Paying a flat fee for a whole catalogue to use a corner of it is the exact thing this product exists to avoid. You buy the buttons you press.
Yes, emailing a copy straight to your inbox is included on the buttons you buy. Previewing is free; buying the button is what unlocks downloading and emailing the full result.
Billing is in rupees through Razorpay if you are in India, and in dollars through Dodo Payments everywhere else. The right one is picked for you at checkout based on your region. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Any time, and one at a time. Cancelling a fix stops the next charge and you keep that fix until the end of the period you already paid for. Your other fixes are untouched.
There is no mid-cycle refund or proration, which matches how most subscriptions work. Instead, you keep full access to a fix through the end of the period you paid for, then it simply stops. Because every button previews free first, you can confirm it does what you need before you ever buy.
No. Card details are handled by the payment processor, Razorpay or Dodo, not by us. We only ever see that a payment succeeded and which fix it was for.
Two ways, both passwordless: a magic link sent to your email, or Continue with Google. Pick whichever you prefer on the sign-in page.
Give it a minute and check your spam folder first, since the link is a fresh email each time. If it still has not landed, request a new one, or just use Continue with Google to get in straight away.
As long as a fix is an active subscription, it stays unlocked with unlimited, uncapped downloads. If you cancel it, you keep it until the paid period ends and then fall back to the free plan for that tool: 1,000 rows per export, inside your 25 monthly runs.
